My experience at Birchwood Kia Washington could have been better because my during my first significant drive I felt dangerously unsafe as the car would steer itself even though I was between the white lines of the road so making me feel unsafe to remove one hand off the wheel to change gear. The sat navigation provided no information on the roads I was travelling on and I was unable to use the phone as the voice activation didn't work and I had no idea how to dial a number. In 37 years of driving, this was the scariest drive I have ever made.
The experience at Birchwood Kia Washington was good because we were offered to look around many different versions of what vehicle we were looking at, ut was a laid back approach and no hard sell, everything done on our terms.
